Of course there are many more names in many other countries. The common ground? They are all filled dumplings. The difference? The filling and the way they are folded. And of course the preparation. Not to forget the different ingredients for the dough, which are used according to tradition.<\/p>\n

So it\u2019s quite simple \u2013 the possibilities are unlimited and the combination of these different cuisines and the pairing with regional products makes our dumplings so exciting and delicious.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”quote”][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Dumplings<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Dumplings \u9903\u5b50 [Jiao Zi] are small chinese dough wrapped fillings of meat, fish and vegetables which are made in different forms. In China dumplings are typically served at tea time and are part of a variation of small bite-sized portioned meals \u2013 Dim Sum \u2013 which translates as “Touch of the Heart”.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”572″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The hybrid creature peng \u9d6c<\/span> [p\u00e9ng] from the chinese mythology is the eponym of our restaurant. As this chimera merges fish and bird, likewise we combine all kind of ingredients into a variation of delicious dumplings.<\/p>\n

Our gastronomic philosophy is to reinterpret this classic chinese treat with influences of the international cuisine. Whenever possible we use regional and biological products. In the interest of sustainability and the variety of taste, our handmade dumplings are prepared based on seasonal produce.<\/p>\n
